Hacia una teoría de justicia para las cooperativas: racionalidad normativa en la economía social y solidaria

En el estudio de la Economía Social y Solidaria (ESS), las cooperativas suelen verse solo como mecanismos de bienestar interno. Este artículo explora su papel público normativo, proponiendo un marco que vincula el solidarismo y la justicia compleja para que actúen como agentes de justicia. Mediante un diseño teórico-conceptual, se analiza la complementariedad de ambas corrientes, demostrando que las cooperativas pueden proyectar la justicia hacia el exterior. Se concluye que esta perspectiva ofrece herramientas para potenciar su función social, trascendiendo el beneficio exclusivo de los socios para consolidarlas como verdaderos agentes de justicia comunitaria.
