Literacidad transmedial para la memoria: El caso de la Comisión de la Verdad y el Conflicto Armado en Colombia

El artículo expone un análisis de la literacidad de los contenidos dispuestos por la Comisión de la Verdad. Para ello, se desarrolla un enfoque post-cualitativo de corte descriptivo a partir de una matriz de codificación abierta que permite discriminar los formatos, clasificar contenidos y reconocer la interactividad del recurso para trabajar la memoria del conflicto. Como resultado, se establece que la presentación de contenidos y narrativas le permiten al ciudadano decidir la opción de información a la que acceder, posibilitando la interactividad y la construcción de un rol prosumidor. Para profundizar el análisis se comparan estos resultados con otras comisiones de la verdad en América Latina. La transmedialidad posibilita el acercamiento bidireccional de los hechos acaecidos en el conflicto armado para que no dependan exclusivamente de la determinación del emisor, sino que el propio ciudadano interactúe y signifique la información para la construcción de la memoria colectiva del conflicto armado.
