Identification and Analysis of Gender Stereotypes Present in the Undergraduate Students of Universidad Santo Tomás, Villavicencio, Colombia

This article analyzes the stereotypes present among undergraduate students at the Universidad Santo Tomás in Villavicencio, Colombia. To this end, it examines their expressions using four mixed-methods data collection strategies. The analysis reveals contradictions in the perception of gender across multiple aspects of life, such as affective relationships, socioeconomic dynamics, and the acceptance of traditional roles. Likewise, it hightlights a lack of visibility in terms of diversity.
