Prueba de humanidad: el arte en relación con el derecho a tener derechos

Desde mediados del siglo XX, los derechos humanos ganaron fuerza como discurso jurídico- político global y diversas luchas sociales se han articulado en torno a los mismos, evidenciando las limitaciones existentes para su garantía. A partir de la presentación del conflicto inherente a la conceptualización actual de los derechos humanos y de la situación de los derechos humanos en México, en este artículo se exploran las potencialidades del arte como herramienta susceptible de contribuir a la humanización de aquellos grupos que han sido incluidos en la sociedad a través de su exclusión. A modo de concretar este análisis, describimos el desarrollo de un taller de cine colaborativo en una institución de acogimiento residencial ubicada en la ciudad de Puebla, México, del que resultaron tres cortometrajes a través de los cuales las niñas, niños y adolescentes expresan sus voces, imaginación y experiencias.
