El enfoque de las capacidades de Nussbaum. Algunos rasgos y debates

En el presente trabajo se describe en términos generales el enfoque de las capacidades de Martha Nussbaum, profundizando en algunas críticas vertidas en su contra. El argumento central es que dicho enfoque sigue gozando de gran influencia y credibilidad, entre otras razones, porque las críticas más vigorosas en su contra no han permanecido incontestadas y porque enseña una importante lección sobre cómo entender el oficio filosófico.
