El demonio dentro: reflexiones acerca de las identidades sexo/genéricas a la luz de un relato trans

El objetivo de la investigación es identificar algunos elementos que se dan cita en la conformación de la identidad de un sujeto transexual masculino. Se utiliza para ello un diseño de investigación cualitativa, mediante estudio de caso y análisis de discurso. Desde los resultados surgen seis categorías: diferencia, tránsito, especialistas, confusión, nombre y rabia. A partir del discurso de Víctor se vislumbra la adopción de prejuicios culturales y modelos normalizantes que se encontrarían mayoritariamente al servicio del poder hegemónico. Se concluye en la urgencia de recoger elementos que permitan deconstruir y reconstruir el concepto de diversidad.
