El abandono-olvido social y el encierro institucionalizado como juvenicidio lento

El encierro penitenciario se ha consolidado como un dispositivo de poder, clave para el funcionamiento del mundo contemporáneo y de su proyecto político. El acento colocado sobre el castigo punitivo desvaneció el objetivo institucional de la impartición de justicia, poniendo en desventaja a los sectores más precarizados: las juventudes en este caso. La triada compuesta por la institucionalización del encierro, las necropolíticas y las maquilas del delito, dio paso a un exterminio inmediato legible desde el juvenicidio, y al abandono-olvido social como una forma de aniquilamiento aletargado. Este artículo, con enfoque cualitativo, propone analizar |de manera crítica la relación juvenicidio - abandono-olvido social en el contexto penitenciario, partiendo de entrevistas narrativas implementadas con jóvenes privados de su libertad entre el 2017 al 2021.
