El ordenamiento urbano como estrategia del desarrollo sustentable

Objetivo. A través del concepto de funcionalidad estratégica se analiza la influencia del ordenamiento urbano en el desarrollo sustentable de las ciudades, tomando como referencia el caso de Oaxaca, México, durante 2000-2015. Hipótesis: se propone que existe una alta correlación significativa entre la funcionalidad estratégica y el desarrollo sustentable de las ciudades analizadas. Metodología: Se utiliza el análisis estadístico y de redes. Conclusiones: la funcionalidad estratégica influye incipientemente en el desarrollo sustentable y en el nivel de vida de las ciudades de Oaxaca, donde estas ciudades operan con un modelo centro-periferia que genera competencia por los recursos y oportunidades en el territorio.
