El acoso escolar, la acción docente y la responsabilidad de la escuela

Se exponen algunos hallazgos de la Encuesta “Los docentes ante el acoso escolar” (ENDAES). Los resultados indican que los profesores están altamente comprometidos, proponiendo soluciones individuales y colectivas al problema. Sin embargo, consideran que el sistema educativo no genera las condiciones necesarias como una capacitación de calidad. La voz de los profesores deja al desnudo las incongruencias de un sistema educativo que los violenta al exigirles una labor cada vez más diversificada, que los enfrenta a atender el acoso escolar (alumnos) sin brindarles las herramientas necesarias para ello, lo que evidencia la carencia institucional de una reflexión en torno a esta problemática como lo que verdaderamente es: un fenómeno histórico social que hunde sus raíces más allá del entorno escolar.
