Paradojas multiculturales y sujetos políticos. Un balance de la afrodiáspora en el territorio nacional mexicano en el período 2015-2020

Para la afrodiáspora, el Estado mexicano se ha presentado como un ente de contención que despliega una serie de prácticas que oscilan entre la reafirmación de su condición multicultural con el reconocimiento de los afromexicanos, y el desarrollo de ciertos ejercicios gubernamentales de administración, contención, exterminio e incluso la reproducción de discursos racistas en contra de los afromigrantes. El presente trabajo busca describir desde una mirada interseccional, cuáles son las paradojas políticas estatales frente a la afrodiáspora, así como los agenciamientos de los sujetos —afromexicanos y afromigrantes— que de ella participan, mediante un análisis histórico y conceptual en el periodo 2015-2020.
