La universalidad hegeliana para una perspectiva ética de la discapacidad

El pensamiento de G.W.F. Hegel ha vuelto a tener relevancia para la comprensión de los cambios históricos y de la producción de subjetividades. El argumento central de este artículo sostiene que para la consideración de una propuesta ética que propenda hacia la universalidad, se debe reflexionar sobre la discapacidad como concepto que media la relación constitutiva de la subjetividad con la diversidad corporal y psicológica. El sistema filosófico y la dialéctica de Hegel permiten exponer la manera en que la discapacidad, en tanto universalidad, es necesaria para comprender la inconsistencia de la sociedad capitalista. La propuesta ética de la discapacidad lleva a considerar la imposibilidad de sobrepasar la contradicción inherente en la identidad corporal y psicológica.
