Fuerzas de control de facto paralelo al gobierno en el desplazamiento forzado interno en México

En este texto se plantea que el desplazamiento forzado interno en México es consecuencia de las acciones criminales de lo que concibo como Fuerzas de control de facto paralelo al gobierno (conformadas por individuos, grupos y células de carteles de drogas), cuyas operaciones son posibles, debido a la omisión en el reconocimiento de la magnitud del problema por parte del Estado, y por la incompetencia en su prevención. La tesis se sustenta mediante la exploración del discurso noticioso del tema de un conjunto de piezas periodísticas monitoreadas en portales digitales y analizadas a partir de las definiciones violencia física –directa e indirecta– y violencia estructural de Johan Galtung.
