Marcos Arróniz en las letras mexicanas y su lucha contra la sociedad

En este trabajo se desvela la identidad, vida y obra de Marcos Arróniz, poeta mexicano del primer tercio del siglo XIX. Se rastrea su genealogía, su formación y desempeño en el contexto de la vida pública durante el segundo tercio de ese siglo, y se realiza un breve análisis de su poesía, en particular del poema Celos (1852), el más complejo y ambicioso de su obra y uno de los pilares estéticos del romanticismo mexicano.
